mdl97 Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

These terms and conditions (referred to hereafter as "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between anyone who accesses or uses the mdl97 website mdl97.games and the platform. By accessing, browsing, or playing on the site, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

mdl97 is a platform built for players in Myanmar. When accessing and using our site, players must comply with all guidelines, policies, and restrictions set out on this page.

1.1 Site Definitions

• "Platform" means the mdl97.games website and all associated services.
• "Player" means a person who has registered an account on the site and is actively using it.
• "Bonus" means any free credits or benefits granted to a player by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager, at a set multiplier, before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Account Registration

Each player may only open one account at a time. Opening more than one account to abuse bonuses, manipulating play sessions, or violating any of the platform's stated policies is not allowed.

2.1 Information Required at Registration

• Your name, date of birth, and contact phone number must be accurate.
• Deposits and withdrawals can only be made using your own account with a supported payment method (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay).
• Payments made through third-party tools or in another person's name are not allowed.

2.2 Account Security

Players must keep their account password secure and must not share it with anyone. The player is fully responsible for all gaming activity and transactions made through their account.

3 Age Restriction

The mdl97 platform is open only to adults aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to access this platform, and if we find that they have done so, their account will be closed immediately and their remaining balance will not be refunded.

4 Deposits

Players can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks.

4.1 Deposit Policy

• When making a deposit, players must use only their own phone or bank account.
• Third-party payments are not permitted. If detected, the funds will be reversed and the account will be suspended.
• There may be a short delay between initiating a deposit and it appearing in your account, but it will normally be credited within a few minutes.
• After depositing, please check your account balance. If there are any discrepancies, contact customer support immediately.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests normally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used when depositing.
• If a bonus is involved, the wagering requirement must be met in full before a withdrawal is allowed.
• During the review of a withdrawal request, the platform may check the player's recent gaming history.
• Irregular or suspicious withdrawal requests may be temporarily suspended for further review.

5.2 Withdrawal Refusals

Withdrawal requests may be refused, suspended, or adjusted in the following situations —

• Wagering requirement has not been met
• Account details are incorrect
• Due to checks on funds that are not verified winnings
• Account is suspended or under review

6 Bonuses and Promotions

mdl97 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.

6.1 How to Receive the Bonus

• 100% of your first deposit amount is added as a bonus (up to 500,000 Ks only).
• Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and your account balance becomes 40,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
• Example — if you deposit 1,020,000 Ks, you receive a 500,000 Ks bonus (maximum) and your account balance becomes 1,520,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

You must wager the bonus amount 10 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only; it cannot be claimed multiple times.
• Promotions and other bonus programs currently running on the platform may have their own separate terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent bonus claims are detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

7 Gaming Policy

Players must only play with money and time they can afford. All decisions made while playing are the player's own responsibility, and mdl97 is not liable for any losses.

7.1 Game Types

The platform offers Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, fish shooting games, Crash Game, and other game types. Game results are generated by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and cannot be controlled or predicted by any party in advance.

7.2 Games in Progress

If a disconnection, software error, or incorrect amount occurs during a game, the platform will review the records and make a decision, and that decision will be final.

8 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on mdl97—

• A single player opening more than one account (Multi-Account)
• Attempting to exploit software errors to gain winnings
• Placing bets in a way designed to profit from bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Colluding with other players to use strategies against the platform
• Money Laundering
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software
• Transferring funds between player accounts

9 Account Suspension / Closure

mdl97 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a player's account in the following situations—

• When a breach of these terms is found
• When the information provided during registration is found to be incorrect
• When a player is found to be under the age limit (21+)
• When further investigation is required during a review period
• When the player requests to close their own account

Suspended accounts may be reopened if the information can be verified. The reason for closure may not be disclosed to the player, and the decision to close an account may be final.

10 Personal Information

Players' personal information is protected with SSL encryption and handled in accordance with Myanmar data protection policies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

mdl97 reserves the right to perform upgrades to the site at any time and is not responsible for any losses suffered by players due to software maintenance, server connectivity issues, or temporary site unavailability caused by third-party service providers.

• mdl97 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own decisions during gameplay.
• Game results affected by software, server, or connection errors will be resolved after reviewing the records.
• All balances will be kept safe while platform technical issues are being resolved.

12 Policy Changes

mdl97 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be updated, and continued use of the site after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
